PVTrackers' Test Lab is 9000 sq.ft. and allows accelerated lifecycle testing of wear components. Accelerated life-cycle and fatigue testing is done continuously on our fully-weighted solar trackers, drives and fasteners as well as maximum load testing of drive systems, fatigue testing of welded components and power supply and drive circuitry testing. These tests ensure quality products and increased visibility for potential failure modes. In addition to the individual component testing, PVTrackers operates several trackers inside the test lab. This allows for real-time software development and component fit up testing.
